A small Welcome Pack containing the essentials to help you to settle into the cottage is provided with all our bookings.
Our cot, if required, is provided free of charge and is not included in the total number of guests.
Making Your Reservation with us
Because you are making your booking direct with the owners, we always try to ensure that arranging a holiday reservation with us is as simple as possible.

Telephone: We can confirm availability instantly
Email: We will reply to your email within 48 hours to confirm availability and total price for your holiday. (We normally reply within 12 hours but very occasionally email services can bog down a little)
Regular Mail: We do not advise using the regular postal service for checking availability as it is too slow to give accuracy.
Once we have confirmed availability and total cost with you, your dates will be reserved for one week from the time we receive your acceptance. In this time we ask you to confirm your booking in writing and forward a 20% deposit.
Where possible, we will email your booking confirmation form for you to fill in and return either with your deposit or PayPal payment confirmation details. If you have shown on our enquiry form that you are unable to receive email attachments, we will post the form to you by return,
The process is very simple and the booking form is uncomplicated and easy to complete.
The final balance is due no later than Eight weeks before your holiday.
For last minute bookings, the full amount is payable at the time of reservation.
Payment methods
For a quick and convenient way to pay by credit or debit card, our PayPal facility offers speed, simplicity and most of all security. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use the service, read more detailed information on the service.
We are of course happy to accept payment by personal cheques drawn against an English bank. As Portugal operates the Euro € system you may also pay in Euros, a link to a currency calculator is below.
We do not recommend payment by cash unless by registered mail.
