We are happy to announce the addition of the facility of credit card payments for your holiday booking.

This page describes how the Casa Arabella credit and debit card processing system operates.

While recognising that this makes payment of your holiday much simpler in this electronic age, we understand that you may have concerns about the security of your credit card details on the internet.
For this reason we have chosen to use the well proven system operated by PayPal. Their system of payment is one of the most secure and trusted on the internet. All transactions and details are entirely processed on their secure web servers.
There is no extra cost to you in using this service and you do not need to be a member of PayPal.

Our booking and payment process is very simple

When we confirm your booking, either verbally or by email we will immediately send a booking form and extra details by email.
These will come to you as virus checked attachments. If for any reason you are unable or unwilling to receive attachments please let us know and we will be happy to send everything by regular mail.
The booking form will show the total cost of your booking, (accomodation only) and the payment due dates, along with your basic details that we ask you to complete and return to us with your deposit.
At the same time that we send your details, we will send an invoice via PayPal for the deposit amount.
This invoice is sent to you by email in plain text without any attachments and apart from your holiday reference only has your given email address and name.
The instructions in the email from PayPal are very clear and simple and the link that they give will take you online to their payment centre, where they will accept payment of the invoice by whichever credit or debit card that you choose.
The invoice is fully viewable on the secure website.
PayPal does not require you to become a member of their scheme to use this facility, however they will introduce you to their signup process.
As PayPal offer a very convenient and safe method of sending or receiving payments, to or from anyone who has an email account, you may like to consider creating your own account.
Personal accounts are free of charges to setup or send payments.

Once you have made your payment we are notified by email that the invoice has been completed, to ensure your security and privacy none of your details are ever passed to us.

The credit card payment invoice in no way affects your option to pay by cheque, simply delete the PayPal email from your system, complete the booking form and post with your payment. When your cheque has cleared we will notify you and the PayPal invoice will be cancelled.
We have found this to be a simple and convenient way to offer you as many payment options as possible.

Payment of your balance can be done in exactly the same way, approximately two weeks before your balance is due we will send you a PayPal invoice for the required amount along with an email reminder of the balance . The same procedure is followed as for the deposit.

You may confidently use either method of payment or a combination of both, for example pay your deposit by credit card and your final balance by cheque or visa versa.
